Ddokdok, 'Test Result Automatic Notification' Service Upgrade
Automatic Delivery of Test Results to App After Hospital Consultation and Examination
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Vibros (CEO Song Yong-beom), which operates the mobile medical appointment service 'Ddokdak,' announced on the 2nd that it has upgraded the 'Automatic Test Result Notification' service to automatically receive test results from hospitals and store them in Ddokdak.
The automatic test result notification service informs patients via the Ddokdak app notification when external outsourced test results, such as allergy tests, are available. Once the test results are ready, notifications about the arrival of the test results and visit guidance are automatically sent to the patient, who can conveniently book a consultation appointment regarding the test results through Ddokdak.
With this upgrade, after patients receive a consultation, the test results can be automatically saved in the Ddokdak app. This reduces the risk of losing test result documents that were previously received by mail or email. If necessary, patients can provide the results to other medical institutions for reference or compare test results over time themselves, enabling them to receive more suitable medical care. Hospitals can also improve work efficiency by eliminating the repetitive task of delivering test results to patients.

Song Yong-beom, CEO of Vibros, said, "Once the automatic test result notification service is established, users will be able to view all their test results, that is, their health information, anytime and anywhere at a glance. Additionally, since the automatic test result notification service will be available free of charge to over 13,000 Ddokdak-affiliated hospitals nationwide, it will become a valuable service for both patients and hospitals."
