Ulsan Wildflower Learning Center Donates Kimchi Cabbage and Radish for Kimjang to Free Meal Service
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Trainee Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] On the 19th, Ulsan Science Museum Ulsan Wildflower Learning Center held the '2021 Ulsan Wildflower Learning Center Crop Happiness Sharing Donation Event.'
The donation event involved donating cabbages and radishes grown in the Ulsan Wildflower Learning Center's crop garden to local institutions and volunteer organizations in the area.
The donated 250 heads of cabbage and 200 radishes were crops sown and cultivated in early September for on-site experiential learning students and visitors' plant studies.
The crops were delivered to the Angel Free Meal Service at Ulsan Grand Park.
At the Angel Free Meal Service in Ulsan Grand Park, the crops will be used as ingredients for kimchi making and winter side dishes to share with underprivileged neighbors.
