On the morning of the day, LH Deputy Director Park Si-hyo provided education on ‘Apartment Fire Extinguishing, Combustion, and Fire Prevention’ as well as crime prevention and fire safety education, while Ryu Hyo-ju, instructor from the Korea Security Leaders Association, gave a lecture on ‘Prevention and Response to Robbery, Theft, and Other Crimes.’
In the afternoon, for the education of resident representative meeting members, LH Central Apartment Support Center invited expert instructor Kim Young-sang to deliver a meaningful lecture on the activation of apartment communities, focusing on ‘Operation and Ethics of Resident Representative Meetings.’
Mayor Jo Gyu-il, who attended the education, stated, “More than half of the citizens live in apartments, so the role of resident representative meeting members in ensuring residents’ safety and maintaining facilities is very important,” and urged, “Please work with responsibility and expertise to establish a healthy and pleasant apartment living environment.”
