Dongseo University Launches AI Talent Development Project with AI Industry Specialist Company
Engineering Education Innovation Center Signs AI Education Agreement with 'Dimoa' and 'TJ&NS'
On the 13th, the Center for Engineering Education Innovation at Dongseo University signed a business agreement with Dimoa and TJ&NS to foster AI talent.

Dongseo University announced on the 14th that its University Engineering Education Innovation Center signed a business agreement on the 13th with Dimoa and TJ&NS to nurture talents equipped with AI capabilities.
The industry-academic partners plan to focus on developing courses for nurturing creative engineering talents who will lead new industries by ▲ developing and spreading specialized curricula for future promising new industries such as AI and 3D printing ▲ strengthening practical field-based skills through industry-academic cooperation including capstone design ▲ operating joint collaboration programs between universities.
Dimoa and TJ&NS provide AI education programs and related services using AI education kits (AI-Kit).
Dongseo University plans to create an educational environment where students can cultivate their capabilities by developing and operating AI curricula.
Kim Tae-yong, head of Dongseo University Engineering Education Innovation Center, said, “As a leading AI university, we provide AI education to students,” adding, “We plan to establish educational directions, plan advanced AI courses, and expand AI education by opening joint courses with other universities.”
Kim Hyun-jung, Executive Director of Dimoa Cloud Business Division, and Jung Jun-ho, CEO of TJ&NS, said, “We will support not only by providing AI education kits (AI-Kit) to foster students’ AI literacy but also with various know-how.”
Since 2012, Dongseo University Engineering Education Innovation Center has been leading the ‘Creative Convergence Engineering Talent Development Support Project’ aimed at nurturing creative engineering talents closely linked to regional industries with self-directed abilities, supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology.
