Gyeonggi-do Selects 9 Model and Win-Win Complexes for Multi-Family Housing
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province has selected nine apartment complexes, including Pyeongtaek e-Pyeonhansesang Pyeongtaek Yongyi 2 Complex, as model and co-prosperity management complexes for multi-family housing.
Gyeonggi Province announced on the 13th that it conducted evaluations from the 6th to the 10th of last month, dividing the recommended complexes from cities and counties into three groups: under 500 households, under 1,000 households, and over 1,000 households. The selected complexes are ▲Pyeongtaek e-Pyeonhansesang Pyeongtaek Yongyi 2 Complex ▲Pyeongtaek Hillstate Songdam ▲Goyang Munchon Village 13 Complex Daewoo ▲Gunpo Samsung Village City Pradium ▲Hwaseong Woolim Green Village ▲Osan Gohyeon I-Park ▲Yongin Bora Village Hyundai Morningside 2nd Complex ▲Gwangmyeong Gwangmyeong Station Summit Place ▲Namyangju Dasan e-Pyeonhansesang Xi.
The province will award the nine selected complexes with the Gyeonggi Province Governor’s Commendation and certification plaques. In particular, the top three complexes?Pyeongtaek e-Pyeonhansesang Pyeongtaek Yongyi 2 Complex, Pyeongtaek Hillstate Songdam Apartment, and Gwangmyeong Station Summit Place?were recommended as candidates for the Excellent Management Complex selection hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
Goyong-su, Director of the Multi-family Housing Division of the province, stated, "We will make greater efforts to spread exemplary multi-family housing management cases to create a better living environment in Gyeonggi Province."
