Daewoo E&C Develops Defect Analysis System Based on Big Data
Daewoo E&C announced on the 30th that it has developed a defect analysis system (ARDA, Apartment Repair Data Analysis) based on big data.
The defect analysis system utilizes an integrated dashboard to visualize the status of defects occurring at Prugio sites nationwide in real time. The integrated dashboard provides a comprehensive view of defect types, defect status by timing and number of households, and processing progress, while analyzing whether there are any anomalies by comparing the site with similar sites.
Based on decades of accumulated data in the existing defect management system, it uses big data processing, analysis, and visualization technologies to lay the groundwork for improving the quality of apartment complexes and resident satisfaction.
By intuitively representing complex and vast data, it enhances the work efficiency of managers, and it is expected that construction and management personnel on site will be able to easily grasp the status of defect occurrences through the defect analysis system.
In addition, Daewoo E&C is making efforts to provide proactive services such as predicting the number of defects per site, forecasting problematic construction types in advance, and tracking, analyzing, and preventing causes of defects by integrating big data technology with artificial intelligence technology.
