Umi Construction Develops 'Smart Lynn Home IoT Platform'
[Asia Economy Reporter Tae-min Ryu] Woomi Construction announced on the 29th that it has developed the ‘Smart Lynn Home IoT Platform,’ which enables control of household devices, common area control, and energy usage monitoring. Through this, services such as home IoT, sales, and rental management can be utilized.
The Smart Lynn Home IoT Platform is an IoT platform that connects various sensors and devices inside and outside the apartment and controls them via smartphones equipped with Android or Apple iOS. Using this, lighting (network switch), temperature control, all-lights-off, and gas valve shutoff within the household are possible.
Additionally, it allows elevator call, visitor vehicle registration, and delivery arrival checks, as well as monthly energy usage monitoring and comparison for electricity, gas, water, hot water, and heating. Furthermore, it is connected to AI speakers, enabling voice control for elevator calls and gas valve shutoff.
