LG U+ Launches 5G Smartphone 'Galaxy Buddy' Priced in the 300,000 KRW Range
[Asia Economy Reporter Seulgina Jo] LG Uplus announced on the 8th that it will release its exclusive smartphone, Samsung Electronics' 'Galaxy Buddy,' on the 10th.
The Galaxy Buddy features a sleek rear triple camera and a matte finish, offering a sophisticated design and a comfortable grip made with smooth curved edges. It supports a large 6.6-inch screen, 128GB memory, and a 5000mAh battery, and includes various convenient features such as Samsung Pay and fingerprint recognition via the side button. The colors available are Gray, White, and Mint, with a retail price of 399,300 KRW (including VAT).
When subscribing through the official online mall U+Shop, customers can receive an additional U+Shop shopping coupon pack and activation gifts. By selecting one of eight options including Naver Pay and Smile Cash through the shopping coupon pack, customers receive a discount coupon of up to 7,500 KRW per month for 24 months. This amounts to a maximum benefit of 180,000 KRW over 24 months.
For activation gifts, customers can choose one from six options: Bluetooth wireless keyboard, wireless fast charging stand, Bluetooth earphones, Pantone 3-piece set (portable battery, charging cable, finger talk), mood light fast charger, or suction-type smart ring fast wireless charging pad.
