[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seocho-gu (Mayor Eunhee Jo) signed a business agreement with the moving specialist company World Bridge Express (CEO Cheol Byun) on the 5th and launched the moving support service "Seoripul Express" for low-income vulnerable groups within Seocho-gu.
'Seoripul Express' provides free moving services once a month for one household within 2.5 tons to vulnerable groups (basic livelihood security recipients, single-parent families, and near-poor) moving within Seocho-gu, supported by World Bridge Express.
Residents wishing to use the service can apply at their local community service center one month before moving.
Seocho-gu and World Bridge Express previously supported free moving services for low-income vulnerable groups through the "Happy Free Moving Support" project in 2015, and this year marks their second collaboration.
The district plans to actively identify vulnerable groups wishing to receive moving support through close cooperation between community service centers and 17 private welfare facilities, prioritizing support for single disabled persons and elderly living alone without family.
For inquiries regarding 'Seoripul Express,' please contact the Seocho-gu Welfare Policy Division or your local community service center.
