- ePyeonhansesang Ranked No.1 'Best Apartment Brand Dreamed by Consumers' in Q2 Following Q1
DL E&C's residential brands continue to evolve, showcasing strong competitiveness in the market. 'Acro' and 'e-Pyeonhansesang' have established themselves as leading complexes in their respective regions, not only driving market prices but also topping consumer brand preference surveys, enjoying remarkable success.
Acro is well known as the first apartment brand in Korea to surpass 100 million KRW per pyeong. In Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, famous for its affluent neighborhoods, the 'Acro Riverpark,' also known as 'Aripak,' has proven its high-end premium status by trading at the highest prices and remains the most expensive apartment in Seocho-gu.
This year’s first move-in complex, 'Acro Seoul Forest,' has risen as the most expensive apartment complex in Seongdong-gu, surpassing the prices of Galleria Foret and Trimage apartments, which are well-known as the highest-priced apartments in the district. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s actual transaction price information, the Acro Seoul Forest 159.6㎡ exclusive-use type was traded for 5.3 billion KRW in March this year, exceeding the transaction prices of the similarly sized Galleria Foret 168.37㎡ type at 5 billion KRW and Trimage 152.16㎡ type at 4.5 billion KRW.
e-Pyeonhansesang is also enjoying popularity comparable to Acro. Based on the most in-demand 84㎡ exclusive-use type, the highest-priced apartment in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, is 'e-Pyeonhansesang Sinchon.' According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s actual transaction price information, an 84㎡ unit on the 13th floor of 'e-Pyeonhansesang Sinchon' was traded for 1.75 billion KRW on the 17th of this month, marking the highest price.
Outside Seoul, in Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, starting with 'e-Pyeonhansesang Taejae 1 Complex' in Opo-eup, which was traded for 890 million KRW in June this year, e-Pyeonhansesang dominates the top four apartment brands by market price, including e-Pyeonhansesang Terrace Opo 2 Complex, Opo e-Pyeonhansesang 1st Complex, and e-Pyeonhansesang Gwangju Station 2 Complex. Expanding the ranking to the top 10, there are seven e-Pyeonhansesang brand complexes.
The fact that DL E&C’s residential brands have become leading apartment brands driving regional market prices is a clear indication of high consumer preference. Indeed, e-Pyeonhansesang being selected as the number one 'Apartment Brand Consumers Dream Of' in the second quarter of this year further confirms this trend.
According to a survey by Biz Big Data Research Institute (Director Lee Won-ho), based on social big data analyzing customers’ dream apartment brands, DL E&C’s 'e-Pyeonhansesang' scored 17,730 points on the 'Apartment Brand Consumers Dream Of' index, ranking first.
Following were ▲Hillstate with 16,744 points ▲Eoulrim with 15,690 points ▲The Sharp with 12,055 points ▲Prugio with 11,304 points ▲IPARK with 10,919 points ▲Raemian with 8,448 points.
e-Pyeonhansesang recorded scores of ▲Publishing 4,202 ▲Interaction 2,170 ▲Empathy 5,962 ▲Positivity 5,396 in the brand index categories, receiving the most consumer preference in empathy and positivity indices.
Lee Won-ho, director of Biz Big Data Research Institute, said, “Based on content appearing in news and social media and customers’ responses, we can gauge not only the distribution of information about apartment brands but also interaction and emotional brand image. Recently, construction companies have been conducting research and efforts to create residential spaces that go beyond convenience to healing spaces and dream homes people want to live in. These efforts seem to be reflected in the big data indices.”
DL E&C is making company-wide efforts to understand actual consumer needs and provide the lifestyles consumers have dreamed of. In particular, the 'Dream House Gallery' opened by DL E&C this year is a crystallization of these efforts, offering a new type of brand experience space that truly realizes the 'dream home' based on the evolved residential philosophy and technology of e-Pyeonhansesang.
At the 'Dream House Gallery,' the traditional concept of residential space is broken, introducing not only general residential types ranging from 20 to 60 pyeong with infinite possibilities but also a new studio-type residential form optimized for one- to two-person households. Additionally, it presents new philosophies in community and landscaping, which are gaining higher status in residential culture, deeply reflecting recent social issues and changing lifestyle trends.
The Dream House Gallery, scheduled to operate until the end of August, continues to attract visitors eager to experience diverse lifestyle content and new forms of residential culture in advance, ultimately playing a decisive role in securing the title of 'Apartment Brand Consumers Dream Of' number one.
