[Today's Weather] Daytime Temperatures Above 10°C, Mostly Mild Nationwide... Beware of Large Temperature Differences
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Eun-young] On Monday the 8th, most regions will experience mild weather with temperatures above 10 degrees Celsius. However, since the temperature difference between day and night will exceed 15 degrees in some areas, caution is advised for health management.
The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Daytime temperatures will be above 10 degrees Celsius in most parts of the country, especially exceeding 15 degrees in the southern inland areas."
Morning temperatures will be below -5 degrees in the Gangwon mountain areas and below 0 degrees in the Seoul metropolitan area, inland Chungcheong, eastern Jeonbuk, and inland Gyeongsang regions.
Clouds will be abundant from dawn to morning in the Chungnam and Jeolla regions, along the Gyeongsang East Coast from the morning, and in Gangwon Yeongdong from the afternoon.
The lowest morning temperatures by region are expected to be △Seoul 1°C △Chuncheon -3°C △Gangneung 0°C △Daejeon 0°C △Cheongju 2°C △Daegu 0°C △Gwangju 3°C △Jeonju 2°C △Busan 4°C △Jeju 8°C.
The highest daytime temperatures will be △Seoul 12°C △Chuncheon 14°C △Gangneung 10°C △Daejeon 13°C △Cheongju 14°C △Daegu 14°C △Gwangju 16°C △Jeonju 14°C △Busan 13°C △Jeju 13°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' in most areas. However, the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungnam, Sejong, Chungbuk, Chungnam, and Jeonbuk will temporarily experience 'Bad' levels at night.
The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Since the temperature difference between day and night will be around 15 degrees mainly in inland areas, please be cautious of health issues such as weakened immunity caused by sudden temperature changes during the changing seasons."
