iPhone Foldable to Launch in 2023... Supports Apple Pencil
[Asia Economy Reporter Seulgina Jo] Apple's iPhone foldable, set to be released in 2023, is expected to support the Apple Pencil (stylus pen).
On the 14th (local time), IT specialized media Phone Arena reported this citing market research firm Omdia and others. The Apple Pencil allows screen touch and handwriting, similar to the S Pen equipped on Samsung Electronics' Galaxy Note series. The foldable phone is expected to be released in 2023. The price is estimated to be around $1,500.
Apple is currently reported to be testing displays for the iPhone foldable. The OLED material measures between 7.3 and 7.6 inches. The design is likely a clamshell shape that folds vertically like the Galaxy Z Flip. Apple has developed prototypes of both the clamshell design and a book-like design that folds horizontally like the Z Fold.
