GS Construction Opens Cyber Model House for 'Pangyo Valley Ja-i' and Begins Sales

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] GS Construction announced on the 26th that it will operate a cyber model house for ‘Pangyo Valley Xi,’ located in blocks C-1, C-2, and C-3 of the Godeung District in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province.

Pangyo Valley Xi, situated between Gangnam in Seoul and Pangyo, consists of 8 apartment buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 14 above-ground floors, with a total of 350 households sized between 60 and 84㎡ (exclusive area). By block, C-1 block (Complex 1) includes ▲60㎡A 77 units ▲60㎡B 39 units ▲84㎡ 14 units; C-2 block (Complex 2) includes ▲60㎡A 117 units ▲60㎡B 13 units; and C-3 block (Complex 3) includes ▲60㎡A 77 units ▲60㎡B 13 units.

The subscription schedule begins with special supply on January 7, 2021, followed by first-priority applications from the relevant area on the 8th, and first-priority applications from other areas on the 11th. The announcement of winners will be on January 18, and the official contracts will be conducted from February 1 to 5.

The Pangyo Valley Xi model house will be operated exclusively online to comply with COVID-19 prevention guidelines. The cyber model house is accessible through the official Pangyo Valley Xi website, where visitors can view floor plans and interior designs.

Pangyo Valley Xi boasts excellent location conditions. Within approximately 3 km from the complex lies Pangyo Techno Valley, a leading advanced industrial complex in Korea, housing over 1,300 companies and employing around 64,000 workers. The upcoming Pangyo 2nd and 3rd Techno Valleys will also be adjacent to the complex. Additionally, the area is well connected by major roads such as Daewang Pangyo-ro, the Yongin-Seoul Expressway, and the Bundang-Naegok Urban Expressway. Subway Line 3’s Yangjae Station and Suseo Station are about 8 km away, and Line 8’s Jangji Station is about 6 km away, providing excellent access to Gangnam.

True to the Xi brand, the apartment design of Pangyo Valley Xi is outstanding. The structure mainly features south-facing and slab-type layouts, offering excellent views, lighting, and ventilation. All units are designed with a 4-bay layout, which is highly preferred by buyers. The high-end community facility ‘Club Xi’an’ will also be included in Pangyo Valley Xi. Moreover, advanced systems that enhance quality of life will be introduced. The Xi app solution and Xi smart home system allow residents to control lighting, heating, and gas remotely via smartphone apps. Following the apartment sales, GS Construction plans to sell a total of 282 officetel units ranging from 59 to 84㎡. By block, C-1 block (Complex 1) includes ▲59㎡A 55 units ▲59㎡B 26 units ▲84㎡A 13 units ▲84㎡C 14 units; C-2 block (Complex 2) includes ▲59㎡A 50 units ▲59㎡B 24 units ▲84㎡A 26 units ▲84㎡B 12 units; and C-3 block (Complex 3) includes ▲84㎡A 49 units ▲84㎡B 13 units.

The Pangyo Valley Xi officetels feature kitchen windows that allow cross ventilation, which can substitute for apartments, and are designed mainly with 3- to 4-bay layouts to enhance residential satisfaction. Sysclean and air conditioning will be provided free of charge in all units. Options that are usually available only for a fee in other apartments or officetels will be offered free of charge to increase convenience and prestige for residents. Additionally, the 62 residential-type officetel units in C-3 block (Complex 3) are composed of fewer than 100 units, allowing for resale.

A GS Construction sales official stated, “Pangyo Valley Xi is the last private sale apartment in the Godeung District connecting Gangnam and Pangyo, located in the best area within the district, so its future value is high.
