[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Living SOC facilities such as youth and children experience centers and comprehensive childcare support centers are expected to be built within the Junggye 2 Housing Site District Unit Planning Area in Nowon-gu, Seoul.
On the 9th, Seoul City held the 18th Urban and Architectural Joint Committee and announced on the 10th that it had approved a revised plan for the district unit plan urban planning facilities (schools and social welfare facilities) in Junggye 2 Housing Site.
With the change in the district unit plan, the unestablished schools were abolished, making it possible to build living SOC facilities such as youth and children experience centers and comprehensive childcare support centers. In the future, a detailed development plan for the special planning zone will be established to include specific implementation plans.
