The 'Galaxy Buds Pro' Case Looks Like Live
Galaxy Buds Pro Case Design Revealed During Certification Process
Rounded Square Shape... Supports In-Ear Fit and Noise Cancelling
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] The case design of the 'Galaxy Buds Pro,' set to be released next year, has been revealed.
On the 30th (local time), Samsung Electronics received certification for its new wireless earphones (model number SM-R190) from the US FCC. Along with the certification documents, the case design was also disclosed, showing a rounded square shape similar to the Galaxy Buds Live. The Galaxy Buds Pro is the successor model to the Galaxy Buds Plus (R-175) and Galaxy Buds Live (R-180).
The case battery capacity has increased to 500mAh, larger than the previous Galaxy Buds Live (472mAh), and it supports a USB-C port and 2.5W charging speed. Receiving certification from the FCC has led to speculation that the release is imminent. Samsung Electronics is expected to unveil it alongside the Galaxy S21 at the Unpacked event scheduled for January next year.
