‘KCC Switzen’ Continues Sold-Out Streak in Prime Busan Location, Launches ‘Anrak Switzen’ in Prime Anrak-dong Area

‘Yangjeong Forehills Switzen’, ‘Haeundae Jungdong Switzen’ followed by ‘Anrak Switzen’ 234 units for sale

KCC Construction, which has been continuing a sell-out streak at major strategic locations in Busan such as Centum City, Haeundae, Yangjeong-dong, and Osiria Tourist Complex, is expected to attract significant attention by announcing another supply of KCC Switzen brand apartments in Allak-dong, Dongnae-gu.

KCC Construction announced that it will offer ‘Allak Switzen’ for sale in December at 603-116 Allak-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, along with 48 other lots. The mixed-use complex will consist of two buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 37 floors above ground, with a total of 234 households. The apartments will include 220 units with exclusive areas of 84 to 101㎡, and the officetels will consist of 14 units with an exclusive area of 84㎡.

In fact, KCC Construction’s KCC Switzen brand has been increasing its popularity as the complexes recently supplied in major areas of Busan have been selling out continuously.

‘Centum KCC Switzen,’ launched in November last year in Banyeo-dong, Haeundae-gu, sold out with an average competition rate of 67.76 to 1 and a highest rate of 79.85 to 1, attracting 18,160 applicants for 268 units (excluding special supply). In May this year, ‘Yangjeong Forehills Switzen’ supplied in Yangjeong-dong, Busanjin-gu, attracted 42,589 applicants, achieving an average competition rate of 93 to 1 and a highest rate of 122 to 1, and sold out.

Also, the residential officetel ‘Haeundae Jung-dong Switzen,’ supplied in Jung-dong, Haeundae-gu in June, received a total of 36,830 applications, closing all types with an average competition rate of 93 to 1 and a highest rate of 237.61 to 1, and all units found owners within three days of the contract.

A KCC Construction official said, “The Allak Switzen to be supplied in Allak-dong this time will further elevate the status of the KCC Switzen brand, which has been repeatedly successful in representative areas of Busan since last year.” He added, “In particular, this complex boasts a rare flat terrain in Busan and a location that allows residents to share the central living conveniences of both Dongnae-gu and Centum City, so we expect a lot of interest.”

Indeed, Allak Switzen boasts a flat terrain that is rare in Busan, offering high convenience. Residents can enjoy a healing lifestyle with Oncheoncheon Stream and Chungnyeolsa Shrine, while benefiting from excellent location conditions that provide access to both the central living area of Dongnae and the premium infrastructure of Centum City.
