Busan, Real Estate Investment Fever Heats Up

According to Real Estate 114 on the 14th, the apartment subscription competition rate in Busan has been the highest among the five major metropolitan cities in the provinces?Busan, Daejeon, Daegu, Ulsan, and Gwangju?since the beginning of this year.
From January to October this year, the five major metropolitan cities in the provinces recruited 32,306 households (excluding special supply), attracting 1,022,983 first-priority applicants, recording an average competition rate of 31.7 to 1.

The highest was ‘Munsuro Daegongwon Aileen’s Garden’ in Nam-gu, Ulsan (309.8 to 1), followed by ‘Ssangyong The Platinum Geoje Asiad’ in Yeonje-gu, Busan (230.7 to 1), ‘Ssangyong The Platinum Haeundae’ in Haeundae-gu, Busan (226.5 to 1), ‘Seomyeon Vista Dongwon’ in Busanjin-gu, Busan (224.4 to 1), and ‘Yeonje SK View Central’ in Yeonje-gu, Busan (167.1 to 1).
Daejeon and Gwangju also recorded double-digit competition rates this year, but compared to last year’s results?Daejeon at 55.46 to 1 and Gwangju at 41.85 to 1?they declined. Daegu maintained a similar level to last year.
Looking at the individual performance of newly supplied complexes in the five major metropolitan cities in the provinces this year, all of the top five complexes were supplied in Busan and Ulsan. According to Real Estate 114, the highest subscription performance currently in the five major metropolitan cities in the provinces is ‘Munsuro Daegongwon Aileen’s Garden’ supplied in Nam-gu, Ulsan, with a first-priority subscription competition rate of 309.83 to 1.
