Shinseong Safe Launches Bank-Customized Service 'Bolt1932 Changeup'
Safer than Home, More Convenient Like a Bank: Focus on Enhancing Service Reliability of Rental Safe Services by ADT Caps and Others
Commercial banks have been consolidating branches, reducing about 130 locations in the first half of this year. As a result, the safety deposit boxes supported by banks are also decreasing. In response, Shinsung Safe (CEO Ha Gyun-pyo), a company specializing in the manufacturing and management of safes, announced on the 2nd that it has launched the ‘Vault1932 Change-up’ service, a bank-customized product of its premium safe platform service.
‘Vault1932 Change-up’ is a service product launched to replace the increasingly diminishing bank safety deposit boxes. Through a partnership with Shinsung Safe, banks can design and provide various safety deposit box support services to their customers.
To this end, Shinsung Safe has also upgraded its service platform to support customized safety deposit box services for each bank branch. First, it has prepared small safes comparable in size to those used in commercial bank safety deposit boxes. By providing smaller safes, the burden on users is significantly reduced.
Additionally, the operational system, including individual safe rooms and customer support benefit standards, has been organized to support bank-customized services. Furthermore, the foundation for a genuine ‘premium safe shared safe platform service’ has been established by refining service programs such as gift certificates and cards.
In particular, Shinsung Safe is focusing on enhancing trust in risk coverage and security management. All safes under Vault1932 are insured by Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance’s comprehensive safe insurance (DDD), and security is managed 365 days a year by ADT Caps.
Regarding this, Ha Gyun-pyo, CEO of Shinsung Safe, stated, “Over the past five years, about 600 commercial bank branches have been closed. In just the first half of this year, more than 130 branches have been reduced. Consequently, the safety deposit boxes supported by banks are also decreasing.” He explained, “Vault1932 Change-up is a premium safe service model that can replace this.”
CEO Ha also pointed out, “From the bank’s perspective, it is burdensome to tell customers, ‘Since we are closing the branch, please keep the valuables you stored in the bank’s safety deposit box at home.’ Vault1932 Change-up serves as an alternative that resolves this inconvenience for banks.”
The service motto of Vault1932 Change-up, “Safer than home, as convenient as a bank,” was set considering this potential demand from banks, according to CEO Ha.
