View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Samyook University announced on the 16th that it will establish a Biohealth Convergence Research Center together with Samyook Seoul Hospital and Samyook Food. The center is a consortium organically networking universities, hospitals, industries, and research institutes, and plans to collaborate in areas such as product development and production using local agricultural specialties, clinical research, and cooperation with the experimental animal center. Through this, it aims to sustain related industries, train specialized personnel, and foster regional flagship brand projects. Kim Ilmok, president of Samyook University, stated, "We will do our best to make the research center a differentiated research hub in the biohealth field."
