Coway Trains Over 1,500 'Product and Technology Experts'
'Value Up Academy' for Employees

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Coway announced on the 2nd that it will operate the 'Value-Up Academy' for its employees.
This academy was established to strengthen customer service value and enhance the capabilities of employees regarding product quality and technology. It is operated with the purpose of training about 1,500 product and technology experts.
Product and technology experts perform installation and after-service tasks based on a high understanding of the products. Coway currently has about 300 product and technology experts within the company.
The first phase of the program is being conducted for about 600 employees. An additional 600 employees will be trained in the future. Coway plans to issue certification diplomas to employees who complete the Value-Up Academy and give them preferential treatment as experts.
