This campaign was prepared to improve three major customer service areas?payment convenience in traditional markets, price and origin labeling, and hygiene cleanliness?according to customer perspectives. It is also a campaign aimed at preventing the illegal distribution of Onnuri gift certificates to create traditional markets that customers trust, visit, and shop at.
The campaign name embodies the meanings of ▲ displaying multiple (多) price origins ▲ accepting multiple (多) payment methods ▲ being clean and pleasant so customers benefit (益) ▲ and distributing Onnuri gift certificates in a good (善) manner.
On the same day, the Small Enterprise and Market Service held a meeting with executives of the National Merchants Federation at the Daejeon headquarters training center to discuss cooperation plans for promoting the Dadaikseon campaign. They also formed a consensus on the need to improve customer service and exchanged opinions on the autonomous monitoring team operation to prevent illegal distribution of Onnuri gift certificates.
