"7 Years, 4,350 Bags and 86 Tons of Rice Donated"... Bon Appetit F Completes Rice Delivery Ceremony
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Bon Appetit F successfully concluded the '7th Hanmaeum Happiness Sharing Campaign Rice Delivery Ceremony' held on the 6th at the Korea Social Welfare Center in Mapo-gu, in collaboration with the nonprofit organization 'Bonsarang.'
The Hanmaeum Happiness Sharing Campaign began in 2013 with voluntary rice donations from franchise owners and has grown into a meaningful year-end campaign involving franchise owners, headquarters, and employees. Through the 2019 Hanmaeum Happiness Sharing Campaign, approximately 97,000 tons of rice were donated, and in its seventh year, a cumulative total of about 4,350 bags, amounting to 86 tons of rice, has been donated nationwide through food banks.
The delivery ceremony included the handing over of donated goods and commemorative photos. About 20 people attended, including Bon Appetit F employees, Bonsarang members, the Bon Samo franchise owners' association, and Seol Jeong-gon, Secretary General of the Korea Council on Social Welfare, adding prestige to the event.
