Korea Technology announced on the 6th that its subsidiary, Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction, has completed 100% subscription for the 1,400 units of Pyeongtaek New Vision Elcrew Apartments.
Pyeongtaek New Vision Elcrew Apartments consist of 15 buildings ranging from one basement floor to 27 floors above ground. The construction cost is approximately 210 billion KRW. Move-in is planned for October next year.
Nearby, there are many convenience facilities such as large marts, hospitals, and parks. A mega shopping mall, Starfield, is scheduled to be built nearby.

A representative from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction explained, "This complex has a good residential environment and excellent transportation conditions, and its price of 9.91 million KRW per 3.3㎡ is cheaper compared to apartments in the metropolitan area, which is also an advantage," adding, "It is expected to have a positive impact on this year's performance and profits."
